요청을 받으면 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 회신하고, 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리를 완료합니다.
We respond within 3 business days and complete the request within 7 business days.

1앱을 삭제하면 즉시 완전히 삭제됩니다 Uninstalling deletes everything

이 앱들은 회원님의 정보를 서버로 전송하거나 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. 계정과 모든 기록은 오직 회원님의 휴대전화 안에만 저장됩니다.

따라서 휴대전화에서 앱을 삭제(제거)하시면 계정과 모든 데이터가 그 즉시 함께 영구적으로 삭제됩니다. 앱을 다시 설치하실 필요도, 별도로 요청하실 필요도 없습니다.
Because all data is stored only on your device, simply uninstalling the app permanently deletes your account and all data immediately.

2앱 안에서 탈퇴하기 Deleting from within the app

앱을 계속 사용하시면서 계정만 삭제하고 싶으신 경우, 앱 안에서 직접 탈퇴하실 수 있습니다. 아래 써모케어 탈퇴는 사용하시는 앱에 따라 써모퀵 탈퇴 또는 써모클릭 탈퇴로 표시됩니다.

Android

  1. 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다.
  2. 왼쪽 위 메뉴 버튼(☰)을 눌러 메뉴를 엽니다.
  3. 계정설정 정보를 선택합니다.
  4. 목록 맨 아래 써모케어 탈퇴를 선택합니다.
  5. 모든 데이터를 삭제하고 탈퇴에 체크합니다.
    써모케어를 탈퇴하면 측정하신 체온 정보 및 가족 목록도 모두 삭제 됩니다.
  6. 오른쪽 아래 탈퇴 버튼을 누르면 삭제가 완료됩니다.

iPhone (iOS)

  1. 앱을 실행하고 로그인합니다.
  2. 왼쪽 위 메뉴 버튼(☰)을 눌러 메뉴를 엽니다.
  3. 계정설정 정보를 선택합니다.
  4. 화면 맨 아래 써모케어 탈퇴 버튼을 누릅니다.
  5. 확인 창에서 탈퇴하기를 누르면 삭제가 완료됩니다.

삭제는 영구적이며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 계정 일시정지나 비활성화가 아니라 완전한 삭제이며, 삭제된 체온 기록과 가족 목록은 복구할 수 없습니다. 필요한 기록이 있으시면 삭제 전에 미리 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible — this is a full deletion, not a temporary deactivation.

위 정보는 모두 회원님의 휴대전화 내부에만 저장되며, 삭제 후 앱이나 서비스에 남는 정보는 없습니다. 현재 이 앱들은 어떠한 정보도 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.

To request deletion of your account and data, email thermocare@tnrbiofab.com (or use the button at the top of this page). We respond within 3 business days and complete requests within 7 business days. No app installation or re-download is required.

These apps store all data only on your device and do not transmit or store any personal information on our servers. The online service was fully shut down on 21 July 2026.

  1. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes your account and all associated data immediately.
  2. Or delete in-app: open the app → menu (☰) → 계정설정 정보 (Account Settings) → 써모케어 탈퇴 (Delete Account) → confirm.

Deleted data: account details (email, password, name, date of birth, gender), all temperature measurement records, family member profiles and photos, medication records and prescription images, paired device information, and app settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible; no data is retained by the app or service afterwards.
